Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rebound Nordic's VAT reclaim service. By creating an account or submitting a trip for reclaim, you agree to them. This is a template appropriate for an early-stage VAT reclaim SaaS, have it reviewed by your own legal counsel before treating it as binding.

The service

Rebound Nordic helps businesses identify, prepare, and submit VAT reclaim applications for eligible business travel and expenses, and tracks the status of those claims through to payout. We act on your behalf under the authorization you grant us (see "Power of Attorney" below), but we do not guarantee that any specific claim will be approved by the relevant tax authority. Approval decisions rest solely with them.

Our fee

We charge a 10% fee on VAT amounts successfully recovered on your behalf. There is no charge for trips or claims that are not approved, and no separate subscription or setup fee. The fee is deducted from the recovered amount before payout.

Power of attorney

To submit a reclaim application, you authorize Rebound Nordic to act as your representative before the relevant tax authorities for the purpose of filing and managing that claim. You confirm you have the authority to grant this on behalf of your company. Full detail on this authorization is presented and signed at the point of submitting your first trip.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate trip, expense, and receipt information: we rely on it to prepare your claim.
• Provide a valid VAT registration number and accurate bank details for payout.
• Only submit expenses your business is legally entitled to reclaim VAT on.

Payouts

Once a claim is approved and funds are received, we transfer the recovered amount (less our fee) to the bank account on file in your account settings. It's your responsibility to keep those bank details accurate and up to date.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Claims already in progress at the time of closure will continue to be processed through to completion unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
